Kristina is an Integrative Nutrition Coach certified through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. With a background in collegiate track & field along with a tough relationship with food leading up to gut issues, acne, and eventually injuries, Kristina knows what it feels like to be stuck.
Being a lifetime student and obsessed with the continual pursuit of education, Kristina decided to take her health into her own hands. She discovered functional medicine and nutrition.
